Just for informational purposes.  After posting this article/Question I remembered my Ohm meter and went and tested the terminals.  right is connected to the near rail and left to the far rail...Period. 

wiring of a Terminal Track.  On a curved Terminal, on the inside wiring connection does the right connection go to the farthest outside rail or the inside rail?
