Problem: K-27 runs in reverse fine, but forward it shorts out. Traced the problem to the driver with the encasement over the gear. Removed encasement and aligned the plastic bearings in the grooves. Replaced encasement. Ran on rollers - works fine. Put back on track and within a few feet - shorts out again. Anyone have a solution?
