General Discussion / Gaugemaster, UK
June 27, 2011, 09:12:07 AM
??? Where do I go to find Manufacture # 65, Gaugemaster - UK CV codes for my Bachmann Army DCC Diesel Locomotive #4807. I tried to program speed controls using standard Bachmann CV's and now the Locomotive won't respond to commands.   ??? Appreciate a reply to [email protected] Thanks for the assistance with this matter. Dennis

Appreciate your comments.  I'm going to look into putting a sound unit in the tender. I'll post later after I try.

Super idea.  I didn't think about that one.  I have several dummy engines that could be used.  Thanks for sharing.

I've converted my Grandson's Thomas the Train Locomotives to DCC.
I would like to add sound.  Does anyone have any idea what sound to add?
Sure would be nice if Bachmann developed voice sound for each of the individual
trains.  The sound would probably have to go in the tender because of space constraints
in the locomotives. Thanks   :)

I'm looking for add on sound for Bachmann Diesel Locomotives in the 40 & 45 series. The store that usually helps me with service didn't know of a product that would fit ??? A friend mentioned Sound track
as a possibility.   ???

I have about a dozen Bachmann DCC Locomotives that I want to add Sound.
I'm having a heck of a time identifying my Locomotive so I can purchase the correct Sound equiptment.  Also, several of my Locomotives appear not to have screws in order to remove and gain access the engine compartment to see if it's DCC plug in ready.  I've tried gently prying on them to see if the top will come off but they are stuck fast.  Do we have to drill out the forward and aft posts that appear to be what's holding it together? Appreciate any suggestions your all might have. Dennis in Roswell GA
