Phillyreading,

Actually K-Mart bought Sears but the holding company uses the Sears name.

Some years ago in railroading I think D&RG bought SP and the company used the SP name.

The above are much more complicated.

Return it as soon as possible if it is supposed to have whistle/horn and bell.

I wish Williams would produce e-unist that could be set to start forward or reverse without having to rewire the motors leads. It should be that difficult! Just MHO!

I don't think anybody makes this

Raider,

I think your answer is on the back cover of the newest CTT mag.

This is one of my favorite movies.

You're joking right?!?  This was one of the worst movies ever made, period.  You want a movie about Pearl Harbor?  Watch Tora! Tora! Tora!

I agree.Do a little research.

Boxcardan,

F-N-R-N-F is the same as Lionel e-units except it doesn't have  the lock.
I think there was something on this forum concerning how to add a switch.
If you want it to always start in forware after power is off it might be
easier to install one of their new electronic e-units.

Someone will have a better answer.

It is,IMHO,too bad that the remotes are NOT interchangeable.
It is like TMCC/Legacy and DCS.
My guess is that this has ben done for financial reasons.
I would probably bought more WbB operating cars if my
K-Line remote would work them

It is only for unloading.

I have the K-Line versions and do not know if will work the WbB cars.

If I haven't made myself clear,I am very pleased with the quality of WbB products.

I have been a bit concerned with the dropping of many models from the catalog.
I hope they are replaced with models that will be as enduring.
Maybe some of the deleted models will reappear.

I do understand that deleted models are still available from dealers.

For my own self,I do not have much interest in loco sounds.
Whistles, horns and bells is all I really like.
The lack of some form of advanced train control is a good thing for me.
If WbB would develope something similar to what Lionel did in the !990s
and early 2000s when they offered locos with, without or TMCC ready may
appeal to some of us.

IMHO the new [old] method of picking a club car is much better. You get a car of your choice that may fit your railroad better.
I mailed [USPS] mypayment on 5/1/2014 and received the car I listed as first choice on 5/9/2014.That is good service.

Thank you.

I'm very pleased to see this and the method of selecting a car like the old days.Love ie.

Where do I find an enrollment form to sign up?
I prefer to pay by check.

Time for my every so often question.

Will there be a Williams Platinum Club offering this year?

If there will be when will we hear about it?

Wyatt,

They look great together.
A lot of railroads would run those nose to nose, with both cabs facing each other.
I never saw the SAL when they were running Alcos but I did see the L&N do that.

You might also be able to wire some light into the dummy.

Have fun.
