wires on steam models.  the prototype steam locomotives had air hoses, water hoses, and steam lines, and if an oil burner a oil line, all going from tender to locomotive.

I don't know what a stroller is, but my mind goes back 65 years when I had little kids that it might be something they would use.  but I am sure that is not you are talking about. OK what scale and is it dc or dcc.

Is it possible? Yes, but buy a new locomotive.  It would take a lot of work to convert that locomotive and you would have a poor running locomotive. so get a newer locomotive.

Am I not correct, on a DCC layout you would only need one DPDT and that being on the Reversing" section.

Well I started to say, great you put the locomotives in the roundhouse right, but then I went on down.  Oh well 50% what the heck.

Do a search for train go,s under a low bridge.

The next time get to a railroad crossing, take a good look at it.  then look at the way you make yours. You will see that there is not a gap on the outside of the rails.

one thing that stands out when I look at your layout.  That is why the space on the outside of the rails on road crossings?

quarantine for 4 or 5 days, that will give you more time to run your layout.
