Thanks for the reply. I did see these but the photos of the cars make it difficult to see what they are really like.

Do they have metal trucks and couplers, what does the paint scheme look like, etc.

So if anyone has information on these cars, I would appreciate it.

Can you tell me when these 60 ft passenger cars were produced (468390 & 468391) and are there any photos of these cars, such as in an old catalog that might be on line? I am really interested in the colors used on the Burlington set.

Are there any similar cars that I can view from other catalogs or on line?

Several years ago, Bachmann made an HO caboose with a slanted copula, most all the ones I see are done with Santa Fe lettering. I have 10 of them, but repainted for my favorite RR.

This model is almost dead on for the CB&Q (Burlington) waycar (that's what the Q called 'em) class NE-12.  These waycars were painted in several paint schemes by the Q, silver with a red stripe and large logo, silver with no red stripe but with the large logo and orange with black lettering for MOW service.

Has there been any thought of bring this out in O GAUGE, don't really care what it is lettered, because I would repaint and letter several of 'em as I am changing from HO to O.

I have decided to move up to O gauge after 60 plus years in HO.

Wondering where I can get information on "True Blast II®" Is it just for the horn/whistle and bell? How do you activate it? Are there other engine sounds with Williams trains such as diesel motor sounds, steam engine chuffing, control of lights, automatic uncoupling, etc?

I have MTH DCS system with TMCC command base. Are the Williams engines compatible with this?

Is there any place within the Bachmann web site that would describe how the Soundtraxx sound system works when using DC operation? I operate my layout using DC only, but have several engines with Quantum sound using their master controller to operate various sounds; whistle, horns, bells, lights, brakes, couplers, etc.

Will the Soundtraxx work with the Quantum controller or do I need a special Bachmann/Soundtraxx controller? Do I need to dump my Quantum controllers and go with the MRC Tech 6 to take advantage of the sound system for a Bachmann engine?

Is there a manual on line that explains the operation of a Soundtraxx unit for DC operators?

I have not heard the sound system on the 2-6-6-2 and would like to get one. But before I do, I operate DC analog and wonder how the features operate? What sounds do you get on DC? Is there a special controller needed to operate the sounds? I have a friend that has some Lifelike/Walthers engines and he has a Quantum controller to operate sounds. Will this work on the 2-6-6-2?
