ok thanks.

Would it be the front (left) or the rear (right) screws??

And lastly, is it just me, or does my front screws look stripped...  ??? I have never touched them.

You can always turn the marker lights off... switch is in the smokebox

As for smoke, if you are using a on board batter or DCC there will be full power to it at all times so it will always be at max output. If using plain old DC power... Maybe wiring it up to a battery?

ok..... figured out the plow. Too bad bachmann didn't mount it on a regular road pilot...it would have made things a lot easier.  Now, for the counterweight issue... how do I know if I am affected? Should I run my loco, or does it need to be sent back to bachmann for repairs?

Have you tried running your engine without the spring? This will help by letting the front truck move side to side. If it becomes so that it is too light, maybe a little lead weight strips (strips used for HO and N scale trains) strips on the back would help way it down.

Thanks. If its in the catalog my LHS should have no problem obtaining it. Im going there tomorrow anyways, so hopefully I can place a pre-order, or if not just have them call me when it becomes available.

Thanks.

Large / k-27 pilot

Hello,

Ok, so I just ordered myself a k-27 from trainworld for $699! now... they only had 2 versions, and both had plows on the front.. and I couldn't resist one of my favorite steam locos for that good of a price. So I bought it. So, does the parts department sell a regular pilot I can buy so my K 27 dosnt have to run with a plow all summer?

Thanks,
Nataraj
