I am trying to find which function keys control which sounds/actions on the new GG-1.  The manual and website only give information of steam and diesel function keys.  The ads indicate there are certain sound specific to this engine which are not mentioned.  Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately the manual and the part posted on the web site do not address the functions assigned to the function keys on the new GG-1.  The information is only for steam and diesel engines.  Anyplace to find this information?

Received my new FA-2/FB-2 today.  Runs well, but the units are not numbered.  While this is good if you want to have a series, it would have been nice to have decals included for the numbering so as to match the paint.  I assume number decals were not included rather than just left out of my set?

I wanted to try the bachmann dcc turnout and just installed one on my test track.  Every time I run an engine through it on the "straight" route, the engine (I have tried three different with three different decoders inc. one bachman factory installed), buzzes and stalls.  All engines work fine through the divergent routes.  any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would like to add sound to the new gas electric doodlebug.  However, the instructions give no indication on getting it apart.  I am reluctant to start prying and unscrewing to see what happens.  Can someone tell me how to safely take it apart to change the decoder?

Hello-I have an HO 4-4-0 Richmond (factory DCC equipped) with a non-functioning headlight.  I have tried the usual manipulations of function and CV settings, trying it DC only, etc and it doesn't work under any circumstances.

      I have emailed the service/repairs department twice without a response.  Any suggestions on how to successfully contact these folks?

Hello all, I have a new spectrum Richmond 4-4-0 with factory equipped DCC and no headlight function.  as per printed instructions F10 is supposed to operate the headlight rather than F0.  In any event, it doesn't work.  Before I take it apart and start playing with the LED (or lamp), just wanted to see if anyone had similar problems or suggestions?  Thanks inadvance.
