Oh Mr. Bachmann,
  Any idea as to the arrival date of the Philadelphia Witt trolleys? I am so looking forward to adding one to my trolley fleet/collection.

They are absolutely out there. An internet search will turn up many hobby sites who have 'em. Then it's only a matter of price. Happy hunting

  Unfortunately there is no way of using the Bachmann EZ Command with the JMRI DecoderPro/PanelPro programs.
  There is no way to interface with a computer. It has been up to the manufacturers, Bachmann, in our case to develop the hardware and basic software to allow "connection" to JMRI. JMRI and its members are outstanding, but they do need the interface from the manufacturer to tie it all together...
  As an aside, the new Bachmann Dynamis system, although vastly superior to the EZ Command system, still has no interface available...

  You may want to look at the JMRI download site and review the list of DCC manufacturers that will work.

  A man after my own heart, or should I say twisted mind....
  Looney Tunes are the best...years ago I found some small xmas decorations of Bugs as a Salvation Army bell ringer, Daffy as a mailman, Sylvester and Tweety with winter scarves on fighting, and Marvin in a flying saucer...they scale/measure to about o scale, so on my xmas teee platform they can be spotted in various places..
  In a local Eckard's drug store, I found a 1/43 scale 1940's Batmobile complete with the Batman...guess where he will be soon?
  It's best to just kind of 'sprinkle' them around and watch visitor's reaction when found.

   I probably wouldn't be gluing them down...for a couple of reasons...servicing or redesigning the control panel come to mind.
   Don't have one to look at, but I would probably be drilling a couple of holes on diagonally opposite cormers and mounting with #4 screws...I do this with alll of my DCC boards and components..
   You just need to check twice before drilling so yhou don't damage or short anything...

  The Climax and Shay have no problems whatsoever with 18" curves...

   The 8 pin plug is for the decoder, simply plug in your decoder...making sure orientation is correct. Other board handles lighting, etc., you just leave it alone.

Oh, and their decoders are good. too. Particularly the no questions asked warranty. Not a sales pitch, just a real satisfied customer.

  I use white glue or acrylic matte medium for scenery, and have been for years. In either case I mix 50/50. For what it's worth, I like the acrylic matte medium better. It is available at Michaels or AC Moore craft stores.
  I have never put detergent in the medium or glue mix. One drop goes into a spray bottle of water to spray onto the scenery or ballast prior to 'gluing' The detergent breaks the surface tension of the water so it wets the surface/scenery evenly. Then the added glue or medium is absorbed evenly and completely into the scenic element.

  If you visit the EZ Command section of this site, you can download the 1AMP standard decoder manual for reference. The manual states all CV's are programable by the user. Although some info is given, it is nowhere near enough. Now it gets a little tricky as no real detail is given. I have found the literature at TCS, tcsdcc.com, to be extremely helpful in figuring out which CV's need to be changed and how to come up with the right numbers.
  You're gonna have to replace that bulb though....

   No need to send it in. I extensively tested a Dynamis unit with eight different DCC locos, both Bachmann with factory standard decoders, and Bachmann with other manufacturers decoders. Also two Bachmann locos had different manufacturers mobile and sound decoders. Precision Craft and Broadway Limited units with sound were also put through the process. Never an issue or problem..you are operating on 128 steps...
  I am not an electrical engineer, nor a DCC professional, but an avid hobbyist who was given the chance to put the Dynamis System though some real life operations. I wam trully impressed with the system.

  Yes. The Dynamis is a completely different system does not share any of the EZ Command System components.
