Quote from: Jake86 on March 22, 2025, 11:59:44 PMI was wondering whether you would be interested in making Bachmann buffet express coach which has red doors cream windows black rooftops and yellow stripes that was seen in series 6 in HO scale for the future as well as the old mainline coaches which are seen in series 1 1984 they have green doors cream windows and black rooftops but the 1st coach had yellow stripe teak coaches which are seen in series 1 1984 had brown doors windows and black rooftops the 1st coach had yellow stripes they were pulled by Thomas Edward Henry and James if you like the idea please let me know thanks

would love to see photos if you are able to post them.

Please make splatter and Dodge! I think it would be cool to see some of the older model series trains in the AEG just because they can create toys for the younger kids like my son and use older fans would buy through bachmann. my son plays with all the trains with my HO bachmann and recognizes them. he would play with both a motorized duke and because of Magic railroad he loves splatter and dodge. he would play the crap out of HO bachmann. then when we are upstairs or we went away to grandmas house he would take the motorized ones.

The collector in me wants them all.

Quote from: Armada Starscream on February 12, 2025, 11:01:35 PMGiven that they did indeed base the China Clay Wagons on the Railway Series illustrations, maybe in future they WOULD be willing to recolor Bachmann 58807 Donald and 58808 Douglas into Blue Donald and Blue Douglas. Bachmann really respects the Thomas Fans, and they have surprised us in the last few years, with the Toby's Museum Coaches being made because of a fan's artwork, and now both the 80th Anniversary Railway Series set and the Railway Series China Clay wagons.

it would be a no brainer purchase for me. give me all the versions based on RWS or model series.

Thomas & Friends / Re: Oliver not working!

trying to help on a forum i do not think will be helpful. try a local train store like hobby shop who works on engines or maybe bachmann has a support phone number or you could send in the engine to them to fix. not sure if its cost effective as much as buying a new oliver but likely some youtube channels could be helpful.

Lets be honest we pay $70 plus dollars for an engine. You give me FIVE faces I'll pay $25-$30 for the set. once you have them your good to go. Their margins would be killer and the Fandom would love it. Yes, we can be nit picky but i think the benefit would be huge for them and us. let alone a trial run of Thomas faces could be a test.

I don't see a world where these faces don't make money to be honest but perhaps i am wrong.

I definitely want different faces for all the engines but specifically for the 80th. I agree the moving eyes don't matter give us a new face.

I dont know.. but I also want to model some engines off of their chassis. If no one beats me to it ill measure percy and toby tonight or tomorrow.

Perhaps I have never seen this in the forums but why doesnt bachmann sell different faces? I would eat these up and with how often i see it posted in the facebook thomas group for bachmann. i cant fathom why this isnt already a thing for additional faces to be sold for all the characters? I would break my wallet buying them.

Yeah, you can buy individual i am just surprised that there isnt a buy 3 pairs like the HO scale or other manufactures dont sell those. more so for custom ho narrow gauge models i want to make and wish there was a product available besides individual parts from the part store but i guess im splitting hairs too.

I am excited for the 80th anniversary set and the exclusive rolling stock.. wish it was sold without the track and controller but i understand. I wish I could buy the quarry tower separate from the deluxe Thomas and troublesome truck set. nice to see the open blue carriages. CGI milk tank is cool as i would like to have one of each rolling stock. the 80th anniversary rolling stock is nice for a collectable but would have appreciated something more Model series rolling stock esk or the RWS rolling stock besides the RWS set. seeing the gondolas for HOn30 is nice. im excited for bulgy and the personnel grouping and hope they continue to expand those sets. I agree with trainsrock i honestly am more excited to complete the hon30 set with duncan in the future. all together feels lack luster but perhaps my expectations were too high. i also understand im going to buy everything so they need to sell items that will cause success and not products that dont sell. altogether its great that we continued product announcements.
