I am having trouble with my HO engines and cars jumping the EZ track when they cross over the crossing track. Any help I can get would be appreciated.

I have 2 EZ Turnouts 44561 and 44562 that do not work.  I am looking for the controller switch which fits inside the turnout, this switch is activated when the direction box calls for a left or right turn on the tack

Are there replacement parts for manual turnouts, the (switch machine) that operates the track direction when the Directional Box button is operated?

My layout is easy track snapped together with one plug into a terminal

HO Bachmann E-Z Nickel silver track. All my turnouts are basic types with plastic frogs, except for my #5 Wye Turnout which has a metal frog, and is electrically gapped (Bachmann does not make a non-gapped type that I can find). I run both analog and DCC engines.  I have a problem with engines stopping when they cross the  #5 Wye Turnout.
