I appreciate the responses. I also get an Error 10, which must mean no read on Service Track. I tired both. When I disconnected the feeder lines from the controller and touched them to the wheels, they turned, although only a little. I also tried the pull connectors on top and got a clicking sound. Not sure what all that means, but the signs look like I need a new decoder. That's too bad, since I never really got my monies worth out of this item.

I tried that using a Bachmann Dynamis controller and keep getting Error 9. Not sure what that means. The manual does not provide an explanation for that error. However, I suspect I may need to get a new decoder.

I have a Bachmann Spectrum DCC Birney Streetcar that I purchased a couple of years ago. It had been working fine. I stopped using it for a few months while I did some upgrades to my layout. I tried to use it again, but it does not run. Is there a way to reset the streetcar or otherwise get it to run again?
