Many thanks for this, but I had already downloaded it from the Bachmann site, and it gives no information on the decoder settings

I put the question in the 0n30 forum because the decoder is in a Bachmann 0n30 steam 2-6-0 GN #948 "Dragon" loco, which I bought second hand, labelled as having this decoder, and I thought it was probably original equipment. 

Therefore it seemed likely that an owner of something similar might have the info.
