I am just starting a layout. The instructions for the Bachmann turnouts say they must be powered by AC. Can they be powered by the DCC track current???

N / New style couplers

I just got the Golden Spike N scale set to get into DCC. The new couplers do not mate with my older Bachmann rolling stock. How do I change them to match the older style??
