Are replacement gears still available free of charge?

I have 3 of my ON30 locos with gear failures so I emailed to the address specified in your posting of April 24, 2013 titled "On30 Gear Issues".

That was sent on 11th November, so far there has been no reply nor any gears posted to me.

Can you please state what the current policy is?
