Hello,  I am a newbie on this site (forum)so please be gentle.  On other forums I'm on I ask alot of stupid questions, but end up learning alot.  My Father inlaw has been big on trains since he was a kid living in the "Golden" age of post WWII America.  He loves O gauge Lionel trains the most, & his collection is enviable .  He also likes HO trains from any quality manufacturer.  Recently he has aquired a Bachmann "Garden" train. I haven't seen it yet but I know a few things he shared.  His train is a Bachmann 4-6-0 engine with Tender.  I also know that he believes it is battery operated.  However, he has not been able to figure out how to install the battery or even where it goes on his Garden train.  Any insight on the battery issue would be very much appreciated.

P.S. are battery operated large train batteries usually rechargeable?
