Mr. Moose, Thanks for the info. I have watched that video before, and just watched it again.  Same result, unable to change.  When I go through the steps as the video details and hit the last enter, It will not move under 1071, but will move under 0003.  I also cannot change from 28 to 128 speeds.

Hunt, thanks for the info. I had already d/l the manuals, just have not found the time to review them. I also d/l the other file. I did reset the settings to default and it is back to normal.  Still unable to change the address though.  Still working on that.

Hi, I just purchased this locomotive as my first for DCC.  Obviously I have messed up the programming as it starts too fast, there is little throttle response.  Does anyone have a similar loc that can share some program values or provide some help for a newbie to DCC?  The loc worked ok prior to attempting the address change, except that as soon as it was put on the track it started to move at speed 24 in reverse.  Suggestions?
