Hi, Fellows,
Sorry for the delay- I'm getting over the Covid and just got around to finding a Fred.
They are indeed sprung trucks, and the bearings turn as well- a lovely bit of engineering!
Enjoy your trains!

Dear Lamar,
Sure!
You need metal wheelsets in the trucks, some sort of pickup wipers, and a bulb or LED inside.
There might be lighting kits on the market.
Have fun!

Dear Max,
There is a small gap in the rail at the spot where it reverses.
Try cleaning it out with an Xacto knife.
Have fun!

Dear Guy,
If you mean two trains on the opposite sides of an oval, starting and stopping at the same time, then yes.
Independent control, however, would require DCC.
Have fun!

Hi. Fellows!
We're here and it's great to be back!
I've had a great day saying hello to old friends!
The dealers have great stuff, the displays are first rate, and I can't wait to get into the contest room tomorrow.
We are having a wonderful time.
Best,

Thanks, Rash!
I have read many other reviews and posts that agree with you.
Glad you are pleased!
Also, please forgive me for the slight change to your post; we
don't want to speak negatively about another manufacturer.
Enjoy your trains!
