Hello everybody,

Does anyone have the new WILLIAMS Scale GE-44 Tonner (9" one) (#23101 to 23104).

As I want to use the body for this loco for an 0n30 project, I need to know the width of its bonnets (hoods).

If possible, answer in mm, but thanks all the same if the answer is in inches !  Wink

Best regards from France !

HO / CHUGGINGTON TRAIN
October 29, 2015, 05:42:39 PM
Hello everybody,

Could someone be nice enough to answer to these following questions ?

1- What is the diameter of the wheels of a HO-scale Bachmann Chuggington locomotive ?

2-What is the distance between the two axles of one truck ?

3- What is the distance between the two pivots of trucks.

If you could answer in mm, it will be great. If not, no problem : I will convert from inches to mm.

I have the project to use this train to get a mechanical base for a 0n30 project.

Best regards,

EastbrookBrige
Thanks for your help !

Hello Hunt,

Thanks for you answer !

But, in fact, I realize that I was maybe not clear enough : I wanted to speak about the new WILLIAMS GE 44 Tonner, "scale 44 Ton Switcher", product numbers #23101 to #23104.

Thanks for your help !

On30 / GE 47-Ton Dropcab Cumbres & Toltec #19

Hello everybody,

I would like to use a body of the new Williams GE 44 Tonner to build a narrow gauge (0n30) Diesel locomotive as close as possible of the well-known GE 47-Ton Dropcab Cumbres & Toltec #19 (ex- Hawaii Oahu Railway).

But I don't know the Williams model.

So, is it easy to separate the cab from the hoods ?

Did anyone already made such conversion ?

Thanks for answering !

On30 / Problems with tender
October 14, 2014, 09:03:35 AM
Hello everybody !

First problem :

I am a the very happy owner of six B'mann 2-8-0 but one of them doesn't run. I just have the lights.
In fact, it runs fine if I connect it whith the tender of an other consolidation. I didn't notice something wrong in the tender...

Second problem :

I found on eBay a tender of B'mann 4-4-0. I wanted to modify it to connect it to the 2-8-0. But this time, the loco doesn't run and no lights ! If I connect this tender to an other 2-8-0, same result !

Do I understand that we can't mix locos and tenders in the same B'mann range ?

Can someone help me ?

Best regards from France !
