I have two On30 Shays.
I use EZ DCC Command.
Add Bachmann's DCC decoder,but the Shay's handlight can't be light!
I am sure the decoder is all right.
EZ DCC Command control center is also all right.
The Shay's handlight is all right on the DC system.

Two On30 Shays as the same......
Why?
