Can anyone tell me the voltage of the LED headlight on the new C19 please?

I want to change it to an oil headlight, and its being 'difficult' to get apart.

My railroad has a minimum radii (on Flexitrack) of about 4ft 6 inches: I have a C16 and that goes round OK, will the C19 also go round please?

Do we have a minimum radii for it?
