Thanks for the info Will, I may try to reset again but I'm not looking forward to entering my roster again. Sorry you had to go thru it too

I called them and they told me to reset it. I will probably wind up sending it to them. Thank you. I'm an old timer myself but still pretty new to dcc. The guy at the hobby shop recommended the system to me.

HO / Dynamis controller

Thought I would try to get an answer again. My dynamis handheld you wil go crazy on a regular basis and scroll thru the roster when I'm running trains. I've tried new batteries and also reset the handheld but it still does the same thing. It's driving me up the wall after almost crashing a locomotive. Any other ideas or suggestions?

Mr. Bachmann,
My dynamis handheld controller is acting up on me. I can several locos at once but sometimes controller goes haywire and scrolls thru the loco menu very fast. I have replaced the batteries with new one but it sticks happens. Any suggestions or a possible cause.  I have not used the system in 6 Weeks while building a new layout and it has not been damaged in any way. Thank you for your assistance. Help me out please.

Address 03 worked thanks. However, I'm still wondering if the dynamis system should automatically display an address number on a loco that was programmed on someone else's layout. In other words, if you put your loco on my layout, will dynamis automatically display the address or do I have to know the address before putting it on the track?

Guys, I just received an athearn blue box loco with a decoder that I bought off ebay, will my dynamis system automatically read the assigned number for the loco? I put it on the track and turned on my controller and tried several variations of the engine number but no luck. I thought the road would come up on the controller. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What brand of loco is it and what decoder does it have. You will have to get on the internet and find the value to increase the sound and then program it.

I have the same trouble with mine, can't afford the pro box right now so I'm going to try mounting the receiver up higher. If that doesn't work I will try the mirrors

I used the pick insulation board from Home Depot. It comes in 4'x8' sheets and is 3/4" thick
