I cant get the DCC crossover to respond to anything. The train also stops sometimes at the crossover....please help

HO / new engine does not work

bought a new ho ge 70 ton diesel dcc equipped, it will not respond when i put it on the track. suppoesed to be at address3 but it does not respond. help please

Can you join steel track with the NS track?
