Thanks Mathi.  The info in the link was just what I needed and worked perfectly.

Have tried to remove the boiler and cab but have been unable to find the right combination.  Tried removing the two screws visible from the bottom - but doesn't seem to help.  Have also tried to gently spread the boiler sides below the cab, but with no luck.  Was able to get the cab itself off the boiler, but that didn't help in getting the boiler off.  Any help would be appreciated.
