I will try to answer your questions.

New road names.  we will add some new ones, but we just released these, so give us a little time please.  We will not announce new ones in March.  We know there are plenty more make.

The new True Blast plus is very nice. You have control over the length of the horn blast. In addition the new system has polymorphic sound so the motor sounds, bell, and horn can play at the same time.  We will see about posting a video with the features and sounds.

The parts are separate, but they are glued to the shell when assembled.  The parts that you will receive will be separate, you will have to punch out or drill out the what remains of the broken ones to install them.

Although there are some exceptions, we have found that the prototypical roadnames sell better.  Add a Demonstrator to your roster and you can still run it on your favorite railroad.

The first versions of this locomotive in 1999-2002 came with an electronic buzzer type horn. There was no bell sound until True Blast II.

Hi chaines,

I would check a few things.

First, are you sure both sets of trucks are running.  If only one set is moving, the one motor will have to struggle a lot to get the train moving and keep moving.  If only one is moving it can be a mechanical problem or a simple wire broken off of the motor terminal.  Check this first. 

If both truck are moving, then it is probably a binding issue due to being in storage. Remove the trucks from the motor assembly and check to see how free the wheels move. Lube the axles with oil and grease the gears.

Also check the helical gear to make sure this is not worn out.  If the center is "dished" out it is time to replace the gear or truck.
