Now if only bachmann could make DCC and E-Z App Thomas locos. I know they could do it in large scale but I'm talking about HO scale. It'd be pretty cool to see that, all the engines with sound, working together...

I'm really excited for Mcoll's Wagon. The rest of the releases I could pass on but Mcoll's Wagon is very intriguing to me. I may get the GWR Ventilation Van as one could always use more GWR rolling stock.

Duke looks amazing, can't wait for the video, I wanna see him run. The only thing I'd change is the pipe on his front buffer plate, but that's just me. I know I for one couldn't work that much detail in such a small scale. Once the rest of the narrow gauge engines come out we can have the whole railways back together since there are plenty of characters other than duke that are probably on the list of returning characters. But I can imagine his return already, they show Duke being rediscovered in that old shed, to be rescued and brought to the Skarloey Railway. One day we may see it. In the mean time we have two 009 scale models of him to appreciate.

Do the eyes line up with the moving eye mechanism if I were to cut them out?

No close ups, kinda stinks, we need a high quality look at each one. This unfortunately doesn't cut it. We kinda got a better look at Rosie and rheneas though. Got a better shot than we had before of the slate wagons.

Here's the link to just the picture itself... https://mobile.twitter.com/JD41796/status/833907899067990017/photo/1

But you are right, Rosie was clearly there along with Oliver and Rheneas, my question is how did we miss the slate wagons? If only we had a better picture. But beggars can't be choosers.

I'm very disappointed that we have no picture of rheneas as he was clearly at the show. Heck they didn't even include a picture of Rosie. But we did get Paxton and rust and a general outline of the new rollingstock. Other than that this catalogue is useless. I do hope we get a prototype picture of rheneas soon, as again he was clearly at the show. It actually shows us less than we've already been shown!

It would appear that this Instagram user is going to post a picture of Rheneas some time today. On the video of the Bachmann test track they made a comment stating that they'd get a better picture of Rheneas at the booth today, it was gonna be yesterday but they didn't get a chance. Just keep your eyes peeled so we can get a better picture of Rheneas's model.

Here's a video of Oliver running.

It also shows Rheneas and Skarloey. So you can kinda compare all of them to Thomas and Mavis.
The person who posted the video also said they'd try to get a better shot of Rheneas by tomorrow. Keep your eyes peeled.

Let's talk about what that picture DOES show. We can see that there is an open cab and maybe even cab detail if you look close enough. It also would appear that all the body proportions are correct as well as the livery.

This is a sure sign that Oliver will be here soon, not necessarily this month, but soon for sure. It's also nice to see that Oliver isn't as small as he is on the show currently as in the show he is scarily small. He really looks nice, especially with toad.

I would love to see Hiro, Stanley, Charlie and/or Sir Handle announced. They're all amazing options. Only time will tell who will be chosen and I'm not saying that those are the options, just what I'd like to see. I'd especially like to see a character like Furgus or Arthur but they haven't been seen since the model series so there's next to no chance.

Yea, tomorrow or next Friday. The 12th was the date but it was a Friday last year and I'm willing to bet that because of the toy fair we won't see it until next week, and we'll probably have a catalog too. Can't wait for the announcements though. Hoping for Hiro.

It would appear someone has fixed this model, for just about everyone. Here's a few pictures...

I also just noticed that we have a price tag for Rosie. I think we were all too concerned about the picture to notice that she now has a price on their website. I'm hoping that we see a model at the upcoming train show because that will shed a bit more light on the situation. I highly doubt that at this point we'll get a headlamp (but I'd like even a non working one) but we may get a new livery. You never know. For all we know we're looking at an early model and that when season 21 starts being produced they'll switch the livery. You never know. I just don't think the headlamp is coming because there'd have to be something done to the model to accommodate for it AND it could be easily broken off. Remember this is intended for children who watch the show.
