Definitely like the look of TT#5. Another face to swap around my others with.

As Henry was a non runner I have decided to back date this one to his old shape so that I have both. So far progress is seen below.



I have cut off everything from his firebox back and got rid of it all, except for the footplating. I also has a spare body of Gordon so everything from his firebox back was also cut off and modified to fit Henry's footplate. Henry's steam pipes on either side of his smokebox have also been cut off.

For the coal loads Dino, I cut a block of polystyrene so that it was about 2mm below the top of the trucks. Then ballast was glued on top with pva. The load is still removable too.

No I don't Thomas Annie or Clarabel yet Jacob. Not sure info ever will either. They need to sort out his face first.

Then paste in the forum using the link between the [img] text.  Photobucket has a copy and paste option.

The point is that every other forum I use, Hornby, RMWeb etc, all allow photos to be directly uploaded with out having to use a 3rd party website. I don't understand why this one can't be the same as that!

I am so sick of trying to add photos to this site. Every time I try, no matter how small I make the pictures, it keeps telling me "upload folder full". The images are under 100kb and they still won't upload. OVER IT!

Rosie's announcement is more a disappointment than anything. She is such a minor character compared to the likes of Daisy, Boco, Stepney etc. Like I said I am looking forward to the rolling stock but Rosie will never be on my purchase list.

I'm really excited to see the Arlesdale engines more, especially since that was one part of the original books that never made it to model form.

Fantastic to see Rheneas and slate wagons added to the narrow gauge range. Bit disappointed that such a minor character has been produced for the HO range, however the wagons, especially the TT#5, will be a great addition. Large scale has no meaning for me so I won't comment on that one. I think I am definitely going to have to expand into a narrow gauge railway now.

My predictions are

HO: Daisy or one the Class 08-based Diesels, possibly another troublesome truck, don't really know of any new coaches in the series not previously covered.

Narrow Gauge: Rheneas and maybe some of the coaches.

And someone previously guessed at Flying Scotsman for the new movie. If so, I would imagine he would simply be Gordon's model with Spencer's tender.
