Not exactly fond of the fact that ARC was really lazy and couldn't put it on both sides, but kudos to Bachmann for noticing it. Personally, if I was Bachmann, I would've put it on both sides because it looks pretty bland with nothing there, as compared to the other side.
Also, not really fond of the fact that they couldn't include lamps, seeing as he's obviously based off the CGI model, and there was only one time he didn't have a lamp, and that was just one of them not there, so he's always had at least one lamp.

Yeah, I still have everything. And looking back, I can't believe how I butchered some models. Thankfully they've either been corrected or put to good use in another case

It's a very dark brown, and it's all one piece. If you open one of them up, you'll have a surprise inside

Spencers, Gordons, and the Red Express Coaches all have interior mouldings. Most likely due to the fact that the moulding for these coaches were taken from the Bachmann Branchline range.

@Jacob - Also, Annie, Clarabel, Emily's coaches, and the red coaches don't need a screwdriver to get at the inside of the coach. The roof actually snaps into the body, without the need of a screw.

I wouldve been much happier with the cream and red coloured mail car.

Despite not being the exact same thing, it seems the only difference is that the vents on the ends of the van are at the bottom instead of the top, I'm sure that's something that could easily be overlooked.
I'd even prefer the blue version of that same van, which seems to be popping up a lot as of recently.


This release honestly seems really lazy, especially compared to how they pulled off Skarloey, and it appears they just wanted to add another rolling stock piece which would require minimal effort to do.

A very nice video, I must say Thomas at the end caught me off guard!

Plus as a model train, you dont have to follow any guidelines, i.e. The Christmas Thomas and Friends set, that Bachmann has released three versions of; Two in HO Scale, and one in Large Scale.

I was at a train show today, and picked up two of the Ice Cream Wagons, one of them is normal, and one of which turned out to be 'special'. The 'special' one I'm talking about doesn't have any wheels, or axles for that matter.
How would I go about getting this issue resolved?

Are there any plans to redo any part of the Thomas model? Like how you went back on James?
If anything, I'd really like to see the lining on the back of his bunker
