on this site

First I've ever seen but I live a hermits life.

Rick

LOL you need to get out more often
You can buy 21 pin decoders from Bachmann UK (OEM?), Lenz, Uhlenbrock, D&H, Zimo, ESU to name a few.

To bring you up to speed here's some reading

Showing up where?  I haven't seen any of them either, but like Rick I'm a hermit living up in the mountains.  ???

The 21 pin connection boards are used in all the Rivarossi C&O
H-8s with Loksound
If you want to use another decoder you have to hard wire it

When will Bachman USA start stocking these ?
You can find them on the UK site
but not here
Why ?
http://www.bachmann.co.uk/ez-command.php

As more and more 21 pin connectors show up this would
be a handy item to have

Take all the foam out of the box, sometimes they put it underneath.

Nothing there, the loco was still in the plastic and the foam was tucked in
under the pilot but no paper work

Terry
Anytime you need help, feel free to write me and I'll make the calls for you. I'm retired and don't mind at all.

I never use email to contact companies, and I won't leave a message on their stupid "voice mail".

I've only called Bachmann twice, and on both occasions they were very patient and helpful.

Thank You
That's very kind
For now i'll wait and see if they respond
to be fair there is no way they could know i can't talk

Dear Terry,
In fact, service does get inundated with emails. A phone call is certainly a better option.
Have fun!
the Bach-man

I would love to call but i've had my Larynx removed due to laryngenal
cancer
So email is my only choice
unless i can find some one to call for me

General Discussion / No e-mail answers from service
June 07, 2008, 10:15:49 AM
I have filled out the form twice asking my question but have never heard back from service
Why ?

I have read of others having the same problem on another forum and they are told to just call
