Dear FWD,
That was my point as well. The loco came in many boxes over the years, and it's hard to tell which of the two you mention is older. I'd still suggest getting the new one.
Have fun!

Dear Duke,
Presumably every Bachmann dealer will be able to carry it. Order it from your favorite.

HO / Re: Bachmann EZ Track Pier Set
February 08, 2007, 10:09:18 AM
Dear Bear,
I doubt it. To allow for On30 height on the display layout resulted in a very steep grade. See the construction photos for details.
As for a trestle set, most On30 modelers would not be interested. I find narrow gauge modelers to be the most fastidious subset of railroad modelers in terms of detail and realism, and the pier set would have limited appeal, I think.

Dear Trains Again,
Exactly what I said last time: not a likely candidate for mass production.
Have fun,

Dear FWD,
The newest version, in a long blue box, is by far the best.

Dear Tiger,
I always suggest two sets and some shims for exactly the reason you point out. I'll mention this issue to product development as well.
Thanks!

Dear Psycho,
There is a scored line under the roadbed to make the trimming easy.

Dear All,
I'm not sure if it will be possible to access the older posts as an archive, but I've made the request.
Have fun!

Dear All,
I have indeed removed the stars and ranks. Everyone has one star and is a member. If you misbehave, you'll be gone. As Scotty says, we had some people posting for the sake of numbers, presumably to get to the next level. Well, there is no longer a next level, so there's no need to post promiscuously.
Have fun!

Great to see you and Kyle at Springfield!
When are you going to stop at the Bach-cave on your way home?
