I found this
http://australianmotorsportforums.blogspot.com/2007/12/dumbo-casey-jr-model-sheet.html
Has a nice picture of the original concept sketches

Accucraft made a G scale model of the Casey Jr ride engine at Dizzyworld a couple of years ago, you might be able to find a picture on line of it.

Heres a youtube video of the Accucraft on someones layout;

Good luck

Ya, I've seen the Accucraft Casey Jr g scale model. It's very nice.

Well, Casey Jr is going to have a amercain coupling. I'm also thinking about cuting the tender of a jupiter engine to make it shorter, just to make it look more like Casey Jr's tender.

I'm hoping this dosen't come out "pointless", cause Casey Jr is not a TTTE character, but he will be in my HO model movie I'm doing in future.

This is not an appropriate place to talk about Casey Jr. or any other sort of trains like that because this is the Thomas and Friends board where we talk Thomas the tank engine.  I understand that you are making this model for your series but all the same it isn't suitable for this forum.  Please delete this topic because it is not needed and off topic.  Thank you and I am sorry if this message sounds rude or anything like that.  I do wish you luck in making this model though. ;)

I really sorry, I was just hoping that this thread doesn't come out pointless, and it is true that this is a Thomas and Friends board, but I can't find a board were I can put up a thread for my Casey Jr project.

And thanks for the tips deadman65 and Guilford Guy.

Ya, I cheeked every Amercain engine, and I think Casey Jr might be a cartoon version of Jupiter, the Amercain Steam engine, but with a different funnel, and a smaller tender, wheeles that look kinds like Bill & Bens, and a hat like lamp.

Uh casey jr is a very tough project.

I agree with you. Casey Jr is going to be a tough project, but I hope I can make him like he was in Dumbo.

Thanks, and I can't wait for your HO/OO Ivor project, and I whould make Casey Jr, but there is a problem.

I don't know what type of Amercain engine he is? He appeared in the movie "Dumbo" as a cartoon Steam engine, and I can't figger out what class Casey Jr is in, and what steam engine in the USA he is baest on.

There wasn't a model in all different scale models of Casey Jr. They only have Casey Jr in G scale, & I figgered(Can't spell good sometimes) I might make a HO/OO scale model of Casey Jr from the 1941 Disney flim "Dumbo".

I also wanted to paint him like how he was in this video on Youtube.

If anyone have some tips on how to make a HO/OO Casey Jr model, just give them to me.

RWS spot on models is what i want thats why Ive desicussed it endlessly with Gavin and Sean about Thomas I & II, Percy, Toby, Duck, Diesel. loads more that i cant remember :P

I got my Bachmann Thomas II to complete aswell as starting off my Hornby Thomas II, poor Gavin having me drag him into another investagation by telling him the information about his running plate, so weve got another project to do :P lol Hornby E2 Thomas with lowerd footplate  :P

Thomas I must of been given bigger wheels when he came to Sodor, why else would he have splashers when he had a rasied bufferbeam too? and after the breakfast, his full footplate was lowerd but the splashers were made bigger, still reaching the same book hight, the top of his smokebox supports.
That is somthing correct that has been included in The Bachmann Thomas and can be seen in this photo of my RWS Bachmann Thomas II but you can see the wheels are too small for the splasher and need to be spread apart more (longer chassis)

I have to scratchbuild the cab on my Duck, I m using an ancient Mainline Model, so i had to pain the GWR, bad work on it though ill just get a print of it and get the etched numberplates and do what rightfully shoud be on his bufferbeams, His GWR Number

You RWS Duck kinda come good to me, & I like your RWS Thomas.
