I wanted to see cv values for the 40 whistles they claim to have but couldn't find them in the manual. Nor the bells or the chuffs. I'm leery of this. I really want to see a WOW equipped engine and try it out before I drop Big Coin on it. Unlikely in the model railroad desert of the Deep South.

. . .
I tested the motor block on a set of rollers and it worked fine, forward and backward, even at very low voltages. Hopefully, that stays the same! Converting this trolley to run on REVO would be pretty easy. I intend to operate it on a back and forth line this Christmas season!

If you pull the retaining pins, you have to restrict the lateral play of the center axle. Insert 1/16" (ish) spacers between the bearing block and the eccentric cranks on both sides to keep the center driver from moving side to side within the frame. That will keep the blind drivers in contact with the rails on curves as tight as 5' radius. Somewhere on the interwebs I have a photo of this, but darned if I can find it right now. I used slivers of (I think) 1/2" diameter Evergreen plastic tubing.
