Yeah I was kind of disappointed that the N gauge turntable's bridge doesn't even seem long enough to fit my heavy mountain, which I was looking forward to this turntable possibly getting me into N Scale EZ-track

Um, well right off the bat, the Drivers on the Niagara would be much too large for the P&LE berk. You'd get better results by taking a berkshire bachmann already offers and crop a niagara boiler on that.

The Niagara's  running gear setup wouldn't look right either condering it's primarily a passenger locomotive, the main rod connecting to the second set of drive wheels, and the berkshire connecting to the third set of drive wheels

Meh, I was really hoping the turntable in N scale would have had a SIGNIFICANTLY larger bridge but I guess I got my hopes up  :(

I know there will be an N scale EZ-Track Turntable

In HO I'm hoping for a harriman mikado or a western freight engine, I would not mind another Articulated at all in a western scheme Like the Northern Pacific/D&RGW 2-8-8-2's like the L-95's and L-96's

Regardless I'm hoping for steam in general

in ON30 We might see a K-27, but that could just be wishful thinking

HO / Re: Sound module for H-4 2-6-6-2

basically in order for the sound board and main circuit board to fit the tender I either have to mess with the board or cut the tender to fit, and I want to see if the sound module can be flipped around so I can fit it in the tender without much problem

Well the original mechanism had definitely seen some better days, so I decided to do what I did with my N scale H-4 and use it to turn it into at 2-6-6-0

like does it have to face a certain way, or can you operate it with it backwards?

The reson for this is I milled the 2-6-6-2 down so I can fit a PFM D&SL 2-6-6-0 boiler on it, and I'm having space restrictions in the D&SL tender since it's shorter than the vanderbilt tender

It would be really logical at this point, 15 year anniv. to come out with the K-27 as a milestone

N / Re: Bachmann Why no upgraded 0-6-0?
May 28, 2013, 12:01:49 PM
You should be able to upgrade the 0-6-0 with the ability shown that a small can motor can fit into the engine, with the alco 2-6-0

The reason I don't buy an 0-6-0 is because the motor protrudes from the back when better technology to upgrade this exists

And maybe the russian decapod project that got cancelled could be restarted with this new existing technology

I smell K-27 on the horizon

well the only reason I ask is because I wanted to use the side rod trucks to make franklin boosters in N scale haha
