On30 / Re: On30 Center Cab diesel

Bach-man,
Thanks for your response.  I thought that was the case with the sound, but wanted to make sure.
Also, I found three Spectrum On30 B&O boxcars still in the boxes in my "you're at your own risk going into it" train closet. Can't remember when or why I bought them, but they should look good behind one of those diesels.
Thanks again,
Chuck

Mr. Bach-man,
Will the sound work on a DC layout, or does it have to be DCC?
I am thinking of building a small On30 layout to match my Fn3.
Thanx,
Chuck

Mr. Bach-man,
Will that sound decoder work on my Bachmann G scale 45 ton diesel switcher?  If so, any installation tips?
Thanks,
Chuck

Albert,
All you have to do is call Whiteriver. June was last issue. Existing subscriptions will be honored. Next issue, a combined July, August, September and October, will be out in two weeks.  One month later a combined November, December issue. In January they said they will resume monthly issues.

George,
I'm with Joe, can you post a video or at least some pix of the train in action?
Thanks,

81xxx numbered shays are all the first issue.  82xxx numbered are second issue with improved trucks.  Incidentally Bachmann called the first gen shays 36 ton and second gen 38 ton.

Bill and Mickey,
The first run of Climaxes had 81 as the first two numbers in the model number and this latest, second run, has 85 & 86 as the first two numbers.  Hope this helps.

General Discussion / Re: 15" curves

Okay, here comes the monkey wrench. My layout is G gauge and I have 15" radius curves. I am, however, limited to 8 wheel diesels and freight cars all with truck mounted couplers.
