well, I wonder what the odds are for this....went on Friday and took the vids...then this Sunday morning trying to catch a train and this was parked down in the yard getting a lube job and some electrical work done because of the inspection pits that are still here and operation. Grafton, my little went completely ballistic when he saw the engine parked there.

great pics, Jerry! Thanks for sharing, I love how your layout has the big open feel to it...some great videos can be taken with that and watching I bet is just awesome..seeing the trains from far away and them slowly coming to you. Nice stuff!

Wow, seems like the boards are a little light the past few days. Anywho, I have a question and am rather curious.

What made you pick the gauge you are running on your layout and what is it?

I chose HO becuase I think it's the most realistic looking of the gauges and it provides me with a moderate challenge in the hobby.

WB, you can always order the woodland scenics off of eBay...lots of hobby stores competing for business so there are plenty of places to find it! Gook luck and as mentioned before me, show us your results in the Show us Your layout thread in the General Discussion thread!

it's amazing what hides from the brain sometimes...must do this on the new layout!
