I submitted a repair request RO number 25614 on July 2, 2016. I would like to ship the unit in today but I am wondering if I waited too long and should fill out a new request or not. Can someone from Bachmann advise me on this please?

i have shipped a few weeks after receiving the RO# and never had a problem.you usualy recieve the #by e-mail [yes]it pays to have a bachmann account as you can request the ro and state your problem and issues along with what scale and print off the shipping labeletc.never have lost one yet and always had good service.we are always not able to send the product back in the 7 days as they recomend ,but things in our daily life some times take presadence&we are late mailing the article.remembering you ro #is tied to your name ,item &scale. if i am wrong i am sure the yardmaster will correct me.

Should be okay but it wouldn't hurt to give the service department a call to confirm.
