I have a Bachmann Alco 2-6-0 with tsunami sound DCC and all of a sudden it won't respond. bells, horn lights, chuffs speed up and slow down but the engine just sits there. Any ideas?

Turn the loco up side down. Can you spin the drivers with your finger? If so you have a broken gear or gears in the drive line or a loose gear on the motor shaft. If the drivers don't spin try a decoder reset CV8=8. Joe

Try resetting the decoder, set CV 8 = 8, remembering the address will now be "3".

Check that you have power to the track.
