Title: Plan of the new GER's west end Industrial "park"
Post by: rogertra on July 01, 2012, 07:16:43 PM
Here's the plan, so far, of the new industrial park at the west end of the as yet unnamed yard.  The yard is 29ft. 3in. long and 3ft. wide.

All track is within comfortable reach for uncoupling etc., but I have no problems with structures being set further back as they can be reached from a step stool as required.  Plan is almost to scale but I've laid out the track and it works a little better than in the drawing.

Area shown is 3ft. by a little over 14ft.

Here's one photo of the mock-up.

Keep up the good work Roger, I've been following your stuff. I like how your yards have some depth to them, they arent hugging the edge of the benchwork
