Title: Operating Atlas Track Cleaning Car in DCC
Post by: Flygirl on February 10, 2012, 09:04:42 PM
Just purchased the Atlas Track Cleaning Car.
Want to operate on DCC layout.
Instruction sheet isn't much help.
The track cleaning car would ONLY be used as a vacuum cleaner.
Would appreciate any suggestions to get the car operating.

From watching the video on youtube it looks like you just put it on the track and go.
Another place to ask might be the Atlas Forum they may know.

Flygirl,

One thing I would advice against is running the car,  if decoder equipped,  in consist with the engine you are using it with.   Set the car's speed(in your case,  vacume "speed",  force) for itself so it will not speed up or down with the engine.

rich-

Yes, you were politically correct but only until you shifted into sarcastic mode. Just lighten up.
Ignore the posts or questions you don't like. Someone will surely deal with them and you won't
have to be upset OR politically incorrect. Save yourself, man.
