Title: N scale Acela

I have the N scale acela on an oval layout with the recommended 19" radius curve. I have noticed that the Acela slows down going into the curves,much like the real thing,but I wasn't sure if this was normal for this set. Anyone heard of this?

Yes, some slowdown is normal. There is more friction when trains, including model trains, go around curves.
