How do I get the cover off of H81905 PCB01 ASSEMBLY WITH DCC SOCKET?

I WANT TO INSTALL DCC WITH SOUND.

ALSO WHAT DCC AND SOUND DO YOU RECOMMEND?

THE TRAIN IS A 80-TON THREE TRUCK SHAY LOCOMOTIVE WITH DCC SOCKET.

You do not have to yell. All upercase text. We can read reguar text with no problem.
