Have new Shay sound-equipped engine and new E-Z Command System. DVD with E-Z goes in to great detail on Configuration Variables. In particular, want to have whistle blow automatically when engine changes direction in DCC mode (CV198) as it does in DC mode (CV197). Also want to change volume on whistle (CV 120). ??How do I program CVs??
Do you a have a Bachmann Dynamiss or comporable high-end DCC system from another manufacturer? If your answer is no, then you cannot program advanced CVs.
