45 ton switcher

  It seems the 45 ton switcher was available 4 months ago, but most sites now say "early fall delivery" . Was the demand greater than anticipated or was production stopped for some reason?   Jerry

Production is done in batches.  Say 1,000 units.  When those are sold they may, or may not produce another batch.  It may be that all units have sold out and another batch is in the works.  Bachman may know the answer.

Another factor to consider, after the production run is complete, how long does it take to fill the container, and get it shipped across...

Items are indeed produced in batches, and the next production run will be here in the fall.
Remember, the factory makes not only Bachmann US, but UK Branchline, Liliput, Graham Farish, Bachmann Germany, and Bachmann China items, as well as all then items now made by Sanda Kan.  They are always busy!
Be assured we are as anxious as you to restock!
