DCC function codes for set 00501

where can i go to get the number of, and function for, the two locomotovies that comes with set 00501?

Sam, if you own this set, there is a DVD that comes with it that should answer your questions.  There are several very good books on DCC that you can find at you LHS that should help you out, too.  Generally speaking, when you buy a decoder, or a locomotive equipped with a decoder, it is set to an address of three.  The EZ Command unit that comes with that set will let you change the addresses of the locomotives so that they respond independently.  Hope this helps.
