Sending Back an OLD 4-8-4 Northern

I'm sending in my 30+ year old 4-8-4 today, it no longer runs.  I'm assuming they're giong to give me a new one, correct?  Do they usually replace it with the same road name or can I ask them to give me a different one?  The old one was a Santa Fe but now I model Pennsylvania so it really won't fit in.  A Burlington would be better.

Thanks for the tip, I sent in that loco yesterday along with my old "Auto Train" U36B.  I'll give them a call this AM and see what they can do.
