Contacting Bachmann

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get in contact with Bachmann USA.  I left a message with the service department last week with no reply.  This week, neither the sales or service telephone numbers work.  I have sent an email, with no reply.  I need to talk to them about some defective service parts they sent me.
