Valve Gear for USA Dock Tank?

Hi

I've started to build a model of Rosie, who in the TTTE series is based on an 0-6-0 USA dock tank, but the problem is, the valve gear.
Here is a picture of the valve gear as seen on the Tv series model:



Does anybody know how i would go about making it, or what similar model i can use?
