OK I WAS LOOKING FOR CV SETTING AND ALL FIIN OUT THAT BACH MAN PROMISSED LOOK IN IT. IT WAS 6MONTHS AGO AND NOTHING.
MISTER BACHMAN HOW ABOUT SIMPLE CART
CV BAZED ON WHAT DECODER
START MID AND HIGH VALUE FOR EVERY ENGINE
BLACK ON WHITE YOUR WAY OF SETTING EVERYTHING DCC,
YOU MADE 2 SYSTEM DON'T THINK WE NEED THIS NOW?

I'm honor to hear back from Bach-man himself. I still can not locate speed values for start, medium and top. For example, i have SD-45 spectrum, as well Dash 8.

You are looking for CV #'s 2(Vstart), #5(Vhigh), and 6(Vmid).  The Bachmann decoders don't seem to support them.

Finally i got it, i have SD45 and Dash8 with Digitrax decoders. i'm sure they will accept it.
