Is there a way to connect Bachmann EZ Mate couplers to a car that has couplers mounted on its trucks?

What type of couplers are mounted on the cars, knuckle or horn-hook?

Thanks Bob, the link was helpful.  The cars have horn-hook couplers and I like the look of the EZ Mates, but if they will not work then so be it.
