HO three truck shay

I need to remove the boiler from the frame and it is not coming off.  It apprears to be stuck over the front truck, but I can find nothing that is holding it on.  How do you remove the boiler?

There are a few hidden screws, most notably the rear ashpan screw. The link has photos.
